David B. Barnes spent over thirty years as a law enforcement officer: two in uniform, twenty-eight as a Special Agent for the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. After retirement he worked as a Professional Standards detective and a gang investigator.
He writes stories of the other side of life: criminals and people who aren’t mainstream. He makes no judgments just tells the stories.
