Rishikesh Upadhyay

Dr. Rishikesh Upadhyay was born to Indian Nepali parents, Pitambar Upadhaya (father) and Nandakala (Bawni) Upadhaya (mother) in Bhanjang Basti, Haflong, a small Nepalis’ hamlet in Haflong, the district headquarter of North Cachar Hills (now Dima Hasao), India.

He earned MSc, MPhil and a PhD from Assam University, BSc Hons from Haflong Government College, India.

Dr. Upadhyay writes articles, short stories, research articles, children's, book chapters, nonfiction titles, poems, etc., and has spent the past decade working and teaching in higher educational institutions.
His works was celebrated across the world, and have been appeared, quoted, cited in several international journals and books of repute.
