Simon Collings

I write micro-fiction, short stories, reviews, poems, and essays. I contribute regularly to Fortnightly Review (where I am a contributing editor), Stride, Tears in the Fence, Litter and International Times. I live in Oxford in the UK, and I worked for a long time in London. I was with Oxfam for 16 years, where for the last six years I was Fundraising Director. After that I was CEO of a small non-profit for six years. I then worked for nine years for an organisation which advises renewable energy businesses in Africa – Energy4Impact. I retired at the end of April 2018, in part to be able to focus on my writing.
